    FriendlyPanels Now FS2002 Compatible

Posted on Monday, July 05 @ 14:11:33 BST by darklord

Flight Simulator 2002 Now available from FriendlyPanels as low cost payware are replacement 2D panels for two of the default FS2002 aircraft, the Beechcraft Baron 58 and the King Air 350. The panels have been carefully laid out to get the maximum number of gauges on the main window to avoid the need for pop-ups. For full details, click on Read More.

On March 2004, FriendlyPanels released its first pack of 2D panels for FS2004, low cost payware. Now this pack has been modified to be also FS2002 compatible, as many people has been asking us. This pack contains two 2D panels for the most popular propellers included in FS2004 and FS2002 Pro: Beechcraft Baron 58 and King Air 350.

These are the main features of the panels:

The panels' layout has been carefully designed to include the maximum number of gauges in main window, saving you the boring task of being opening and closing windows continuously to access gauges or functions, and also mantaining the gauges layout in the panel as close to the real one as possible. Besides, any window you need to open is integrated perfectly in the panel, keeping your outside view and main gauges in sight. Many gauges has been redesigned to allow maximum readability and others are new customized gauges to give you all information needed for simming in the main window.

    KING AIR 350 PANEL:

-Just two windows: main window which shows all gauges and information you need for flying, and FS9 GPS window (although in main window you'll see all information concerning the next waypoint of your flight plan in the custom gauge Panel Info).

    BARON 58 PANEL:

-Two principal windows: main window which shows all gauges and information you need for flying, and FS9 GPS window (although in main window you'll see all information concerning the next waypoint of your flight plan in the Nav-Com custom gauge).

-Two secondary windows: one to see throttles controls and other to enlarge Nav-Com gauges in case your eyes need it.

    A screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher is needed (1240 x 1024 recommended).

If you prefer simming using 2D panel rather than VC you'll feel more comfortable than ever simming with these panels for Baron58 and King Air 350.
