    SimFlyer Releases MFD-WXR

Posted on Thursday, September 02 @ 19:35:56 BST by darklord

Other flight sim related news Now available from The SimFlyer Network is the SimFlyer MFD-WXR v1, a multi-function display with GPS map mode and integrated weather suitable for small jets. For more information, click on Read More.

The SimFlyer MFD-WXR v1 - This Multi Function Display with GPS Map Mode and integrated Weather Radar was designed primarily for small jets where in the real world a Garmin GPS/GNS would never be found, this unit will give you more realism in your bizjet class aircrafts. Fits great with the Citation II, Citation X, Premier I, as well as the Beechjet, Hawker and many other jets, however it can be used on any aircraft that is FS2004 compatible. As with all SimFlyer products the MFD-WXR v1 features our exclusive FRF technology making the gauge very frame rate friendly. The MFD-WXR v1 uses a specially licensed version of the AOG Common Weather Radar gauge by Florian Praxmarer. (Requires Pete Dowson's FSUIPC module to function correctly, however freeware version 3.30 is included as an install option in this download.)
