October 15, 2004, INDIANA, PA--FSGenesis today announced that the inaugural product in the American Data Series: Roads, Streams, Rails, Utilities will be released on Monday, October 18, 2004.
In collaboration with Markus Brunner, well-known for his freeware GATraffic product, American Data: Roads, Streams, Rails, Utilities depicts every road, stream, railroad and powerline in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, according to 2003 TIGER data available from the US Census Bureau.
Fully-configurable, there are two versions, both unbelievably-priced for a product of this scope, one with roads and one without (for those who may already have Flight1's USA Roads product). Configuration options include flattening, stream depth offset, major roads-only, Alaska roads only (for those with USA Roads), among others, along with an automated installer.
American Data: Roads, Streams, Rails, Utilities will be a downloadable product with a CD option and free shipping. Files will be available on Monday when optional CDs will begin shipment.
A free demo covering the Hawaiian Islands is now available for download at FSGenesis. American Data Forums are now open with screenshots available for viewing.
You can avoid what is anticipated to be a high demand by pre-ordering now.
