TradeWind Caribbean Airlines (TCA) is pleased to announce the exclusive availability of IWI-Curacao, freeware scenery for FS2004.
This scenery created by Flight1 and Chris Wilkes covers our island home of Curacao. It can be downloaded from the TCA website and includes instructions to enter a competition for free IWI software donated by Flight1.
IWI - Curacao is freeware scenery that Chris created as a 'thank you' to TradeWind Caribbean Airlines (TCA), one of the earliest virtual airlines, for their considerable help and involvement in the creation of the IWI series. Curacao is their home base.
In addition it provides others the opportunity to sample this series at no cost and gives existing customers a sneak preview of what to expect from the soon to be released and final, IWI Volume 4.
With the release of Volume 4 and combined with Volumes 1, 2 + 3 you will be able to fly seamlessly from Anguilla in the north to Trinidad in the south to Aruba in the west. IWI - Curacao features accurate "mesh terrain" elevation data, hand coloured and rendered bitmaps, extensive night lighting effects and a completely custom rendition of Hato International.
IWI - Curacao covers only the island of Curacao. IWI 4 covers Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, Los Alves, Los Roque, La Orchila, La Blanquilla, La Tortuga, Margarita Island, Isla Coche and Los Testigos.
The scenery is completely FS2004 compatible with "Autogen" scenery throughout. Look for special effects, ATC/AI facilities and additional "traffic" for those that require it.
