The thrill and skill of flying from the deck of an aircraft carrier has made our "Flight Deck Series" of add-ons among our bestsellers over the past several years.
With the release of Vietnam Carrier Ops, we take you back to an era in carrier-based war by adding a brand new set of aircraft to our extensive line-up of expansion packs for Flight Simulator.
Vietnam Carrier Ops includes these five exciting aircraft, complete with custom panels:
- A-4 Skyhawk
- A-6 Intruder
- A-7E Corsair II
- F-4 Phantom
- F-8 Crusader
You'll fly from the deck of the USS Constellation that's stationed in the Sea of China. Designers Graham Oxtoby, Massimo Taccoli, Dave Eckert, Rey Lopez and Dennis Seeley have collaborated to make this fine set of attack planes. In addition to the authentic steam catapault and arrestor cables from Richard Hogan, these famous aircraft include weapon effects from Grant Bove and special effects from Robert Baum. The highly detailed USS Constellation was modeled by Graham Oxtoby and Robert Baum.
