This is a Region Notice To Air Men to all ~30,000 members of VATSIM Europe Region.
1 - "OneSky 4" event
VATEUR, proudly presents the 4th edition of its biggest online event: "OneSky 4 - global scale ATC". This time, thanks to cooperation from other regions, we're going global! Reserve free time during the weekend of 6th and 7th of May, cause that's the one you can't miss! 2 - ATCO on another Network?
Have you got an ATC rating at another network and a pilot (no ATC) rating in VATSIM ? Europe Division (VATEUD) Training Department has news for you regarding transfer to VATSIM. More information on http://www.vateud-td.org/
3 - LHCC Budapest FIR changes
With AIRAC 0505 (being issued on 12.05.2005) the whole of the Hungarian airspace will undergo important changes. Upper and lower airway network will be redrawn, new waypoints will be introduced. But the most important changes will occur in LHBP Budapest TMA:- the TMA itself will be completely restructured (new borders)
Please update your Navigation Data. 4 - New procedures for Zurich Kloten LSZH
On April 14th, there was a significant change in airspace structure in Switzerland. The changes concern the airspace around Zurich Kloten airport(LSZH). In range of these changes, a new system of SIDs and STARs was setup for Zurich Kloten. Swissfir adopted these new procedures since April 23d. Charts will are available on http://www.vacc-sag.org Check also http://www.navdata.at for SID/STAR files available for PMDG, Level-D 767, PSS and FSNavigator. 5 - Pilot client software

6 - VATSIM Pilot Resource Center
New pilots, do not forget that the VATSIM PRC is *for you* and it contains all the information you may need to start in VATSIM. Visit http://vatsim.net/prc to access this rich database of information you need. Members interested in providing ATC should contact their local Division /vACC Training Department for further information. Also do not forget what your local VATSIM community has for you. You can find who to contact for "local help" via their website. Go -> www.vateur.org -> find your Division -> Find your vACC (Country or FIR) -> and seek for local Training Departments, Tutorials etc.
