Invitation for the next Flightsimulator weekend in The netherlands
This is the Biggest International Flightsimulator weekend in the World
Again this great Flightsim event will be in the Aviodrome Aerospace museum at Lelystad airport. in the weekend of 5th & 6th. November 2005.

All Civil an Military Flightsimclubs, Flightsim organizations or individual Flightsimmers from all countries that will give information and / or demonstrations are very welcome to this 2 days event to participate
Last time more then 250 participants where there to make this event a huge success. This is because of the unique concept that it is made by Flightsimmers for Flightsimmers . And this concept will give maximum interaction between participants and visitors, so the visitor is an participant to. And will not be a passive visitor but can exchange experiences with the participants and other visitors. I can tell you the friendly and relax atmosphere is an unique experience on this Fsweekend.
Cockpit builders
At all the Flightsim weekends we will give the cockpit builders the opportunity to show there home build cockpits or parts off it, to the public and all the other cockpit builders. Of course this weekend is the perfect place to meet other cockpit builders from the Netherlands and other countries, and exchange Experience with them.
A request from the Aviodrome is to involve the public by the event. For Instance
Presentation of demonstration of the civil- or military FS clubs under control of their own ATC.
Presentation by developers from scenery's, aeroplane model's and other FS add-ons
Teaching of FS lessons to visitors with special attention for children.
Presentation or demonstrations of FS-clubs and FSorganizations who are flying on-line or looking after the ATC on the internet.
Exploratory invention of virtual airlines and various exploratory FS internet web sites.
Remaining: put a chair next to you , to show your hobby and share your ideas.
Advertising and PR for the Visitors.
Of course it is very important to have visitors from other countries too, so its very important that you make great advertising and PR for the FSweekend. You can find some banners on www.FSweekend.com, you can put one on your website.
The expenses
There are no expenses at agreements for the not commercial participants in the Aviodrome. Tables, chairs, electricity and the name badges will be looking after by the Aviodrome. All participants get on the day's that they are present, a simple lunch package including coffee and tee. Parking expenses are at your own expense. Euro 5.00 a day. If you want to spread information of the demonstrations or Free ware, it may be offered against the real cost price. If you want to sell other merchandising from clubs or organizations you can rent a table for the two days.
Power electricity is 230 volts and 50 Hz we have european contact stops so if you have different contact stops bring your own contact boxes with you
There are no Internet connections at the Aviodrome. But you can give demonstrations within your own local network of course
Available space in the Aviodrome
It looks like there will be an awful many accessions and from there is a guide line of max. 15 active participants per group.
Important information for the military Flight simmers.
For the military Flightsimmers counts, that if they give a demo, there may be not any connection with the present and sensitive war situations in the various countries.
Insurance of your equipment.
The aviodrome is insured for your equipment for Fire and burglars, there is a good burglary protection in the building.
Rent a beamer for you demonstration.
If you want you can make reservation to rent a beamer with a screen. The Aviodrome will take care for the beamer at night and you have no transport to and from the event . The cost will be around 100 euro for the two days. If you want to make reservations you can fill that in the intake form.
Location Aviodrome
The Aviodrome is beside the airport Lelystad. and within 1 hour car drive from Schiphol Airport or the centre of Amsterdam. ( nice to visit in the evening ) If you want you can flying to the event with a small Aircraft and park at the Aviodrome museum.. You only pay the small landings and handling price, the pilot and the passengers have free entrance to the event.
