    CAV Corporate Overview Update

HILLSIDE, NJ, January 28, 2007: COAIR Virtual, Incorporated (CAV) Chairman and Board of Directors are pleased to announce our corporate overview update. CAV has spent countless hours and face-to-face meetings with CAL staff in IAH to get a legal and partnership agreement with our counterpart Continental Airlines. COAIR Virtual is pleased to announce our legal agreement with Continental Airlines. We are currently in talks with the Continental Marketing Department to finalize the details of our partnership agreement.

COAIR Virtual has created seven departments there are consist of the following:

    • Executive
    • Operations
    • Training and Fleet
    • Corporate Communications and Public Relations
    • Human Resources and Administration
    • ExpresJet Virtual Airlines
    • Legal

We have hired all of our executive staff and some operations staff. We are pleased to announce the majority of our staff includes current Continental Airlines employees. We will continue to search and bring on committed professional staff members, both CAL employees and flight sim aviation enthusiasts alike. If you are interested in a staff position, email info@coairvirtual.org to find out which positions are still open. The only requirement is a love of aviation and a willingness to help others.

    CAV Background and History

CAV was found in November 2006 by Continental and ExpressJet employees and after many meetings we have created CAV. COAIR Virtual, Incorporated (CAV) is a non profit 501 (c) (7) tax exempt hobby organization for simulation pilots, an environment in which the individuals can experience, learn, and have fun while conducting basic and advanced piloting skills using Microsoft flight simulation software. COAIR Virtual is a virtual airline based on the concept of the real world Continental Airlines operations. A team of real Continental and ExpressJet Airline employees looking to give flight sim enthusiasts a taste of real world airline operations supports CAV.

Feel free to visit our temporary web site at http://coairvirtual.org. We are currently in the process of designing a new web page with a number of excellent web designers. Check back to our web site often for updates and our new web site coming soon. Our business plan will be released shortly which will go in detail regarding our organization structure. CAV is scheduled to open for operations November 2007.
