News: Small plane trying to break speed record crashes near Basle, killing pilot

While trying to break a speed record this Monday, a small experimental plane crashed through an apartment building in Basle, Switzerland, killing the pilot and injuring at least three other people.
The crash happened at 11:25 a.m, shortly after take-off from EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg. The single-engine plabe went through the attic of an apartment building before falling onto a playground.
