The two airline will form an airline alliance to compete with the alliance formed earlier by Aerosvit and Donbassaero.
The cooperation between UIA and Dnepravia will comprise joint operations on specific route, and a merger is not considered at this stage.
In the first phase cooperation will comprise domestic routes, and coperation on international routes will be added in a later stage.
