Pegasus Simulations, Incorporated (PSI) Chairman and Board of Directors are pleased to announce the official launch of our Virtual Airline named Atlantic International Virtual (AIV). AIV plans to operate out of Boston Logan International Airport (KBOS), and will commence operations on Saturday, January 17, 2009.

AIV will serve dozens of cities worldwide with its fleet of Boeing 737, 757, 767 and 777 aircraft. AIV also operates the Embraer E170 for regional routes, and for their initial flight training. We will start accepting applications on 1/15/2009 for our training class for First Officers of all aircraft types.

AIV offers its members the most innovative technologies and an enhanced award and recognition system. Each applicant will be required to pass a basic 15 question aviation exam prior to admittance to Atlantic International Virtual. Once the applicant has completed our recruitment process, they will be sent to the AIV Flight Standards and Training Center located in Bangor, ME (KBGR) for inital training. If you are interested in a staff position please visit our Staff Application Center at http://aivirtual.org/applications/ to find out which positions are still open. The only requirement is a love for aviation and a willingness to help others.

PSI Background and History

PSI was found in November 2006 by real world airline employees. Pegasus Simulations, Incorporated (PSI) is a non profit hobby organization and parent company of Atlantic International Virtual (AIV). Atlantic International Virtual will be for simulation pilots, an environment in which the individuals can experience, learn, and have fun while conducting basic and advanced piloting skills using Microsoft flight simulation software. Atlantic International (AIV) is a virtual airline based on the concept of the real world airline operations. PSI consists of real world airline employees looking and attempting to give flight simulation enthusiasts a taste of real world airline operations.
