The Oz Flight Sim Expo will now be held on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October 2009 at a new venue. The Expo will be held at “The Block” in the QUT Creative Industries Precinct in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane.The Block is an innovative exhibition space that is fully wired for dense multimedia displays, making it the perfect venue to display Flight Simulation products.
The Block is located two kilometers from the Brisbane CBD, and in the heart of QUT’s Creative Industries Precinct and the Kelvin Grove Urban Village.
Due to the availability of the venue, the dates for the Expo have been changed so that the Expo can go ahead on the second weekend in October. The organizer apologies for any inconvenience this date change may cause.
General Admission is only $10. Kids will be admitted free.
The venue will be jam packed with interactive flight simulation displays and exhibits.

Accommodation is available in the Brisbane CBD area. Public Transport is readily available, with bus services going directly to the Precinct and Kelvin Grove Road.
The Oz Flight Sim Expo will be a feast for the senses, even more so with the innovative technology “The Block” offers. Product developers, distributors, retailers, cockpit builders and Virtual Airlines will be on display for the public and enthusiast alike.
There will also be a gala “Flight Sim Aviators Ball” on the Saturday night (10th October). The Ball will take place at the “Glasshouse” right next door to the Expo.
