Tahiti and the Society Islands have been inspiring the dreams of many people all over the world since Captain James Cook made them famous during his voyages to the South Pacific. Artists like Paul Gauguin or Jaques Brel found the islands so stimulating that they decided to stay there for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately Microsoft's default FS2004 representation of the area is not very faithful.

Tahiti & Society Islands Landclass and Waterclass tries to fill this gap. It improves the appearance of the islands decisively by assigning new land and water classes according to aerial pictures, maps and geographic data. All important islands between Tahiti and Maupiti have been reworked to make your flights over this area much more realistic.
