The ARNZ development team is pleased to announce the release of their new BAe 146-200 STA (Strategic Tactical Airlift) model. This updated and converted version of Jon Murchison's well known BAe 146 / Avro RJ 85 model features the refuel probe over the top of the fuselage, special AIS (Animated Inbuilt Scenery) allowing loading of military hardware and for the first time ARNZ's exclusive pushback feature.
The model is bundled with two texture sets, the first reflecting the colors worn by the development aircraft and the second showing the 200-STA as she would look if operated by the RNZAF today. Two panels are also included. The first is Jon's basic panel derived from the 146-QT, and the second is Matthias Lieberecht's brand new version 3 panel. This highly detailed and functional panel adds incredible depth to the operation of this aircraft.
The model has an extensive checklist and help information accessible from the cockpit's checklist button, direct links to both the ARNZ and BAe panel project web sites are included. The 146-200-STA also features updated flight dynamics, providing improved ground handling and approach stability when flying an ILS approach on autopilot.
