Added a texture swap for the Southwestern USA, Region C. Three texture groups have been modified, 003c2/009c2/051c2, - creating a more green desert shrub texture, better representing the cacti and shrubs etc, getting progressivly thicker up to the dry woody scrub. This Texture replacement is based on fixing THE MAJORITY AREA the large region covers, as its pretty hard to make Sedona, more red, Grand Canyon, darker sand/rock, and the mountains north of Phoenix, greener/bushier, all look different when they share the same textures.
