HISTORY

The textures depict the C-47B-25-DK 44-76325 which flew with the Royal Dutch Air Force from March 1953 until September 1960. Before it entered Dutch service it was used by the RAF where it had flown with registration KN342. During 1961 the C-47s were replace with Fokker F-27s. Most likely this C-47 was returned to the US.

INSTALLATION

To use these textures you should have Manfred Jahn's Douglas C-47 installed in FSX.

1. Unzip to a temporary location.

2. Copy the folders "texture.KLu_ZU6" to your "Douglas_C-47" sub-directory in FSX.

3. Copy and paste the following entry into the aircraft.cfg file inside the "Douglas_C-47" sub-directory (replacing the XX with the next number in line after your last existing paint scheme - if the last paint scheme already on the list is fltsim.6, this should be fltsim.7)

[fltsim.XX] <== do not forget to change the XX into the next number in squence.
