FSX Uetersen Airport Scenery

FSX Scenery--Uetersen Airport (EDHE). Uetersen is a well known GA airfield west of EDDH and a cheaper place for landing as well as a starting point for Hamburg sightseeings flights. By Uwe Schweitzer.

Uetersen is a wellknown GA airfield west of and not far from Hamburg (about 15 Miles by car) It is also a good starting point for Hamburg sightseeing flights at reasonably prices. After starting on the 27 you are right over the river Elbe, then south along the river to EDHI (Finkenwerder, home of the Airbus in Germany) then east into the city above the harbour to the Alster turn NW to EDDH (after permission from Control) and back to EDHE. Uetersen is the home of several aero clubs, also two glider-clubs, home base of Air Hamburg for island shuttle to the Frisian Island as well as the islands in the Baltic. As a bonus I corrected the Hamburg default scenery as Microsoft made the same mistake again by building a bridge where there should be a tunnel under the river Elbe (near EDHI)

INSTALLATION

1. Copy the EDHE_FSX folder to your Addon Scenery folder.
2. Activate your new scenery with FSX.

NOTES

1. The photo background is from Google Satellite.

2. There are seasons and night textures included.

3. I use Instant Scenery, which is working with activated libraries on my HD. Therefore some object will not bee seen, if you do not have these programs installed, e.g. Runway 12.
