Just wondering, but how do you start your own VA. What are like the basics. I don't want to do this (yet) I was just wondering. Does anyone know of any pure military VAs?

I don't know how to start one but your best bet would be to join one see how it's run and go from there.

Here is a Read list of virtual airlines and some military ones. Some of the links are dead so play with them until you get a good one.
