I paid my 5 USD via Paypal on Thursday and still have not been sent username/password .. how long does it take .. I have emailed http://support.flyawaysimulation.com/ and had no response

Should I be starting disputed transaction via PayPal ?

My registration took abou a week, i got very impatient and frustrated but i got it evntually, so just try to calm down and wait a while longer

Welcome abord Very Happy As has alread been stated a wait is almos an initiation or wright of passage. Also check your junk mail just incase the conformation got diverted. Smile

if you are paying for a service why should you have to wait... most sites are automatic with these kinda things, these people dont even have a way to contact them other than email... what a joke

At the time of my post, I know this thread is old but for the next group with this question:

Keep in mind that the waiting period that we all experience is NOT Fly Away's doing. It's part of PayPal. Using PayPal is similar to writing a check; the "check" has to clear the "bank" before funds are transferred. If you use PayPal to make other online purchaes (as I have), you'll notice that it's the same everywhere. Making a payment via PayPal usually takes around 5 days or so no matter who you're paying.

I'm pretty sure the delay is not caused by Fly Away.
