lost target view on CFS3

Well I guess this would be an easy question as it just deals with view on the game it's self. After reinstalling CFS3 on my new comupter I seem to have lost one of my views. When you hit F4 to cycle through the different view one of them was a view of what ever enemy you had padlocked. I can't seem to bring this view up. I can't seem to locate any info on this anywhere. I'm sure I jusr missing something any help would be great thanks.
