How do you install add on smoke?

How do you install add on smoke? Iv tryed everthing to install it but it WONT INSTALL Evil or Very Mad Laughing .

Can i ask you where you got the add-on smoke from?

I've been looking for some for ages now and cant find any.

P.s have you tried putting the smoke files into the effect folder in FSX?
(just a suggestion).
