Multiplayer Sound issue

When I am in a multiplayer session everyone can hear me but i cannot hear the controllers or the other players. Does anyone have any ideas!!!!

ok well thats never happend to me but try turning up the voice sound toggle in the sound box

and just to say if your in a hosted session where the host has put the radio freq on

just make sure your on the right freq.
