anyone else think that their customer service is poor to non existance? i've asked many times about the vc for the 727 and they quote "rules" and delete my posts. I'm not rude i just as a valid point. I've even emailed them and they still dont reply. They have fantatstic products and it seems a shame to go elsewhere but if thats wot it takes then so be it... Anyone else know a decent 727 or how to add a vc to the 727? someone said to install the 757 after but that didnt work.. Regards, BB
