Train Sim Problem

Hi, Im posting this for my friend. He said when he's trying to install Train Sim,it gives an error saying there is something wrong with drive and it gets to about 30 Gb or MB when it says no memory or disk space in drive. The disk has a noticible scratch, but he has 223GB of Space and 100GB of Memory, anyone? Please help
