Settings Stay the Same after Reinstall

Hi.
I needed to reinstall FS 2004. So have uninstalled properly and also deleted FS9 files from the Program Files. BUT after I installed the FS 2004 again all the settings - scenary, traffic, weather e.t.c. remainded the same as before I uninstalled? Anyone knows what to do to reinstall to the original default settings? There must be someplace memory files remembering the settings? Please let me know.

If you mean that you can move the slider, that they are grayed out.
Try this.
