Pilots,

Skyservice Virtual has been struggling a bit to find pilots. Although this is a major world class based virtual airline it seems that not too many people including flight simulation enthusiasts from Canada or around the world are too eager to fly online or be part of a community. The recent promotions for the virtual airline including a new web site have been positive and renewed the virtual airlines activeness in recent weeks however we find that only 1 out of 5 pilots that apply actually end up flying.

Skyservice has been recently adding realistic routes that where found on flightaware.com and we are determended to keep it that way. We are still trying to buy all the realistic Skyservice fleet wich we already have 6 out of 8 A320-200's, 6 out of 12 B757-200's and 1 out of 1 A330's.

Our new routes:

-SSV5076 CYYZ-TNCA C-FOJZ A320
-SSV5077 TNCA-CYYZ C-FOJZ A320

-SSV3084 CYYZ-MUVR C-FZAZ A320
-SSV3085 MUVR-CYYZ C-FZAZ A320

-SSV252 CYUL-MMUN C-GTDG A320
-SSV253 MMUN-CYUL C-GTDG A320
-SSV3644 CYUL-MDPC C-GTDG A320
-SSV3645 MDPC-CYUL C-GTDG A320

-SSV3336 CYOW-MDPC C-GUEW A320
-SSV3337 MDPC-CYOW C-GUEW A320

-SSV5064 CYYZ-MDPC C-FTDV B752
-SSV5065 MDPC-CYYZ C-FTDV B752

I think the answer to the question of why you're struggling for pilots is that you only fly using Vatsim. You'll find that many people (myself included do not want to use VATSIM, and i have just over 300 hours with my VA using Manual and ACARS Pireps, but you can use VATSIM if you wish). With VATSIM only, you won't attract many newcomers to the VA world, and those that are comfortable with it are probably happy where they are!
I've found (and i've searched a lot) that the strongest and longest lasting VA'S offer a choice.
