Drawing cooast lines in FS9

Hi all Can anyone help?.I'm trying to improve the Portsmouth,spithead and IOW scenery in FS9.but I'm having trouble redrawing the coast line.Can anbody suugest a program that will let me do this,prefrably one that is not tp complicated Charles wallbridge
