pro pilot judgement 2004,fsx????

Hi
can any pro pilot (working as real pilot) do a judgement for the
microsoft flight simulator X and 2004 ????

My brother is a pilot in the US navy, flies P3-Orions and c-17s He said its pretty realistic to real life flying. Only thing that is really different is the judgment of distance. I mean first time he played FSX he landed perfectly so..
