Is there any way to find out where I can find a start location for seaplanes on water from the location menu in both FS9 and FSX? Thanx!

There is a drop down menu arrow (window) located where the airstrip choices are.
If you use that in Florida or Alaska you'll see some water runways.

Pick out a airport and see if it has a water one.
