Is 9.52 mbps a good internet DOWNLOAD speed? I was thinking of upgrading to 20Mbps but I wanted to know if this was a good speed.

What are you using it for? 10mbps translates to about a megabyte per second (Bits and bytes are not the same thing), plenty fast for wandering the internet. If you upgraded, I don't think you'd even notice a difference unless you are into bittorrent, or download games from steam or something of that nature.

Latency probably wouldn't get any better, meaning online gaming wouldn't necessarily improve (if that's what you're into.)

Alright cool. I was just wondering how good that is overall so thanks for the answer. I'll stick with 10mbps Very Happy
