microsoft f/s 2002

Running xp on amd 1000 with a new geforce 5700v graphic card 20002 will not run unless it is in safe mode ihave direct 9c on can anybody help this worked fine with a ATI card

It's a hardware problem, your card.
Try the newest drivers for it.
If they don't work start working your way down with the drivers until you find one that works.
Page 2 tells you the driver they used.
