Random question...

I am having this problem with fs 2004.. quite random I may add..
Two problems actually.
This one I think I fixed... the breaks to all the airplanes were permantly on... no I'm not talking about the parking break. I have CH pro pedals (they are awesome, along with the ch flight stick) and everything was calibrated right. Had to totally disingage the breaks by turning that feature off under assignments.

In any case, here's the real problem. Anytime I access the tabs at the top of the screen... like display features, control settings, ect., when I return to flying, my engines shut down. For no reason. Obviously this is a problem. Quite a humorous one at first... but now that I can't fix it, a frustrating one. Any ideas??
