You took my $5 and still no account?

Hi,

I had applied for an account. When I did, I recieved an email stating that I didn't have the funds when I had plenty of $ in my Paypal account. Then a few days later, a $5 transaction to FAS took place the yet, still no access to FAS, still no account with FAS. I would LOOOVE to have an account with FAS, though the confusion, my well being with FAS is running out. Is there anyway that I can have my account? or will I have ato pay another stupid $5.
