wenever i put in the desired amount of fuel i alway have too much left at the end fo the flight any help please

You need to find out what the fuel burn is of your plane and then ensure that you have enough fuel for your destination and to make it to an alternate if the Wx is too bad at your destination +1 hour.

I beleive it's 1 hour for most airlines. Maybe someone else knows a more accurate answer to that part of it.
Why is it that most ATC controllers can't drink coffee and direct traffic at the same time?
