Create my own splashscreens for FS2002 ?

Hello to all, I've some quite nice screengrabs from a PC Pilot magazine suggested flight. Does anyone kow how to turn these into splashscreens ?

Speedbird, Here is a program that will allow you to manipulate your Splashscreens in FS9 as well as in 2002. -Of course you can also add your own!
