Would it not be great if Microsoft and Google earth could come together and make a flight sim.

I wouldn't get too excited about flying over country just yet. This screenshot appears to have repeat tiles even in such a small area. (You can see this in the right hand side). Whether or not the roads and rivers will be accurate is another matter. Fingers crossed.

So far great, now if they can keep this detail up out over farm country of the great plains, which most of you call fly over country, they will have something to really brag about. I would like to use the sim to fly the country to find a new place to take my real plane to. Pre-fly the Missouri river etc. Make it look like real country and not regenerated stuff. So far it's looking great....
