Jeff's Vintage Aircraft Design, a subsidary of Dornins.com, has announced the release of its first aircraft for sale. This airplane is modeled after the B-17 owned and operated by the Collings Foundation. It currently flies around the country on a yearly "Wings of Freedon" tour.

The model features full virtual cockpit with clickable buttons to bring up various windows. Animated cowl flaps, ailerons, flaps and rolling wheels. Opening bomb bay doors, pilots door and rear crew doors. Panels other then the main panel include igition, electrical, throttle, copilot and GPS panels. Includes modern navigational equipment. Cockpit textures, main panel textures, nose art, tail and engine cowlings are made from pictures of the actual aircraft.

It is important to remember that this aircraft is programed to fly with the weight of two crew members and ten passengers on board, not loaded with bombs because the airfile is modeled after the actual aircraft owned by the Collings Foundation, not an aircraft at war.
