Unfortunately VC is completely black. Is there a workaround?

For some reason unknown to me this Turbo Commander is not working correctly. It climbs and does not react to the forward push of the stick. I can control it somewhat by cutting the throttles back. Anyone else having this problem?. I am using FSX SP-2 with acceleration.

After I unzip all the files to a temp file, where di I put them in FSX? I did not see a read file for installation.
