For full details, click on Read More.Visual Flight and Landmark Sceneries are pleased to announce a stunning new cityscape and airport scenery featuring approximately 50 sq miles of custom designed landmarks, buildings and other features for London from Battersea to Docklands and beyond, including a superb rendition of London City Airport. The London Air Ambulance Helipad on top of the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel is also included.

In what must be one of the most ambitious flight simulator scenery projects ever undertaken, RIAT Fairford designer Carl Edwards has individually created each of the more than 7,500 custom 3D objects that comprise Visual Flight London. These include the top 100 tallest buildings, all major and historic landmarks, all bridges across the Thames, London City Airport, London Air Ambulance Helipad, Royal London Hospital, Dartford Bridge and surrounding area, the Thames barrier and much, much more.

London City Airport is superbly modelled with up-to-date layout including new runway extensions and loop, and scenery for the entire area around the airport is included to provide an authentic feel for the steep descent into this unique city airport. Users of UK2000 Scenery and British Airports can choose whether or not to install the airport, giving them a choice as to which version they want to use while still getting the full benefit of the complete city scenery that Visual Flight London provides.

The Virgin HEMS helipad on top of the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel is superbly modelled, allowing rotary wing pilots the chance to experience the roof top emergency landings of the London Air Ambulance service, complete with detailed rendition of the hospital itself and the surrounding area to set the scene. Helicopter pilots can also take the opportunity to land in the Armoury parade ground or in the many familiar and famous locations around London such as Buckingham Palace or the Millennium Dome.

AI traffic files for FS2002 & FS2004 are included, while FS2004 users also benefit from the optional freeware Marinescene river AI traffic. Installation is extremely easy, and full documentation on the installation process is available prior to installation for seasoned flight sim users wanting assurance that the setup program will not adversely affect their carefully crafted setups.

Visual Flight London is compatible with FS2002 and FS2004, and is available direct from Visual Flight for £19.99+VAT (download). A geographically accurate base scenery such as VFR Terrain or VFR Photographic Scenery (Vol 1) is required.
