The "Founder Group" of this NPO will consist of the majority of the "Senior Staff" from our old organisation structure. (http://www.ivao.aero/staff/senior.asp)
The intial assignment of the "Founder Group" is to settle all details for a new staff structure which is done during regular board meetings and by making extensive use of the forum.
You will understand that this assignment cannot be completed in the course of some days. As we progress in our efforts we will inform you accordingly though.
