IFC Radio ACES Studio Interview

Posted on
IFC Radio, the first 24/7 station devoted to flight simulation, is now airing part 2 of their interview with ACES Studio members Hal Bryan and Mike Schroeter. For details, click on Read More.Part 2 of our Aces Studio Interview begins airing today, Sunday, January 7 at 1200z.

Independent FlightSim Community Radio, the IFCR, recently taped the two+ hour in-situ interview of Mr. Mike Schroeter, ACES Studio Aeronautical Engineer, and Mr. Hal Bryan, Microsoft Flight Simulator Community Evangelist and distinguished member of the ACES Studio Community Development Team (the CDT).

Among the subjects discussed were the purpose and scope of the CDT, program activation, program scaling, patches, service packs, hardware, DX9 and xpsp2, Vista and DX10, scenery, autogen, fs9 add-on compatibilities, program engine coding, third-party developer support, and FS11, among many others.

Protocol calls for the interview to be broadcast in six parts. To insure world-wide overage at a time convenient to all of our listeners, each part repeats itself every four hours throughout the day.

We expect listeners to have questions and comment, and we invite you to submit your questions to the IFCR forums. For questions of significant interest, we may contact you and ask for you to record your question for an on-air broadcast. Go to Visit us anytime at www.ifcradio.info. We are with you all the way!
