Bulgaria's president Georgi Parvanov landed yesterday at Sofia airport and told reporters: "The situation wasn't that easy, but we held".The president landed with a transition flight of "Bulgaria Air" last night after 21:30 p.m.
Parvanov admitted that maybe the presidential "Air Force 1" - a Russian Tu-154 machine is not the most suitable choice for flying anymore and said that buying of several new airplanes has been considered.
President thanked aircraft's crew for their courage over the Azore islands. /bnn/
