In a newsletter provided by Navigraph, they have reported some issues with their support server. Navigraph writes, "We have had some problems with a malfunctioning spam filter in our e-mail support system. If you have sent an e-mail to support{at}navigraph.com more than a week ago, AND you have not yet received an automatic response containing a ticket ID number, please resend the e-mail as the problem should now be resolved."
Navigraph has also released their AIRAC 0709 cycle, which is available now at the Navigraph site.
