IVAO What If Event Today

That's exactly what the IVAO Events department will do on July 5, 2008 from 2000 Zulu onwards, with the "What If...Dominican Republic Event", an event designed to stimulate the region and wishing soon a new IVAO division will come alive. What if...is to give the IVAO members a sense of what it would be like if we had a full division in this region.
