Ukraine opens first direct flight to Norway

Norway's Sandefjord Airport Torp, near Oslo, has opened 2009 with a new airline customer from Ukraine.

Effective from January 5, 2009, WIZZ Air Ukraine has launched flights from Kiev, Ukraine, to Sandefjord Torp with two weekly rotations, using Airbus A320 aircraft.

The new flight is the first direct air connection between Ukraine and Norway.
