This is a must-have panel update of Michael Pook's earlier FSX update of the B47 Stratojet. The package features both an entirely remodeled and enhanced VC and a beautiful photo realistic 2D panel configured by Erwin Welker. Both panels match in almost every respect. Also, The flight tuning is now set for an easier take-off of the aircraft. Original model by Bill Holker, some gauges by Philippe Wallaert for his Stratojet update and 2D panel by Erwin Welker. New enhanced and re-configured VC by Michael Pook.

Installation:
- In the case you already have this aircraft, delete it and copy my Stratojet folder into your FSX/ Simobjects/ aircraft directory.
- Copy the gauges in the gauges folder into your main FSX gauges directory and the smoke effect into your main effects directory (no need to overwrite).
- That's it, enjoy your flight.

Need to re adjust how bomb bay doors are activated. Current operation is the raise/ lower operation of the Concord nose and visior, a carry over from FS9; will not work in FSX.
The VC panel needs placement work with the AutoPilot switches. The HDG Hold and NAV 1 Hold are so close together that manual flight switching is nearly impossible. On top of that there seems to be a glitch with the AutoPilot system, when you turn off Mach Hold or IAS Hold it automatically activates AutoPilot, so during landing this messes up the approach tremendously. Lastly, the flight dynamics seem very unnatural on approach as the plane seems to want to stay in the air even below stall speeds. I enjoy flying the B-52 and its flight dynamics are much more realistic, considering they are of similar design, perhaps tweaking the StratoJet a bit to the StratoFortress will eliminate these issues. I would do all this myself and upload and update but unfortunately I do not know what programs to use nor how to read such language. Besides these issues it is a beautiful Cold War era plane. Making these adjustments will make it extremely enjoyable to fly! ;)
