New Web Site For X-Plane Data

Posted on Mon, 17 Aug 2009 17:13:00 GMT
After six years and over 225,000 visitors, I have (at last) decided to update my web site for the X-Plane airport & navigation data. We have made the decision to move the web site to X-Plane's own servers, and to improve the content, structure and graphics.
Please check out the new site at http://data.x-plane.com (note that there is no www in the URL) and give me feedback (good or bad) on what you see. I am sure that there are still some typos, broken links and errors in the content to be fixed! My data is the 'official' content for X-Plane, and so hosting my site and the data on the X-Plane server will help emphasize that relationship.

Many, many thanks to X-Plane.org for hosting (for free!) my site for the past six years. I will certainly continue to be have active presence in the forums there.
