Individuals interested in the 767 Captain will find that it is compatible with the Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP2. This simulator add-on allows individuals to simulate flight of the Boeing 767. Designed by Captain Sim, the 767 Captain add-on is only available via CD-Rom.
The 767 is a big body, moderately sized plane with two jet engines. It is manufactured by Boeing, one of the most well known names in aircraft manufacturing and design.
The 767 has the distinction of being the first Boeing aircraft to use two-person crew, which did away with the flight engineer. This plane is also available in three different fuselage lengths.
The simulator add-on for the 767 Captain is incredibly accurate. Individuals that are fans of the Boeing 767 and know a lot about this particular plane will be quite impressed with how realistic and true to form it is. Even the sims panel is very similar to the one found in the actual Boeing 767. The flight model is very true-to-life. The visual quality is top-notch and the model, incredibly real looking. Individuals will enjoy the incredibly high resolution textures of more than 10 liveries, plenty of custom animations, a stewardess model, manuals, an animated control panel and aeronautical data. It even includes Terminal Procedures.
There are a number of requirements which must be met in order to use this add-on. They include at least 500 MB of free space on ones MS Fs hard drive, access to the internet, 256 MB of system RAM, Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or Vista, Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP2 or Flight Simulator X Acceleration and a PC with at least a 1.5 GHz equivalent processor. An individual must have all of the aforementioned or at least be willing to obtain them, if they would like to purchase the 767 Captain FX. A careful once over of ones computer should yield most of this information.
