On the map, the Schiphol airport can be found to the south and west of Amsterdam. It is situated in an area known as Haarleereer. There are lots of cool things about this airport. One fun fact is that it is 3 meters under sea level. This gives it the distinction of being Europe’s lowest airport.
The airport in the Mega Airport Amsterdam Schiphol was designed with an incredible amount of detail. It includes lots of buildings and airport standards. Pilots will find docking systems, dynamic objects and all of the normal things a person would normally see at a very busy, international airport.
The features list for this add-on is pretty long and substantial. Individuals will find photorealistic textures of vehicles, buildings and other objects, night and day textures with high resolution, both animated and dynamic objects, taxi-ways and much more.
In order to use this simulator add-on, there are a number of system requirements. The requirements for the FSX differ some from those of the FS2004. We’ll list the ones for the FSX since that software is so popular. Individuals must have Microsoft Flight Simulator X (either SP2 or Acceleration), a Processor with 3.0 GHz (Core2Duo Intel requested), Available installation size of 300 MB and enough room for a 100 MB download. A 3D graphic card with 256 MB is required as is a CD-ROM drive. 2 GB RAM is needed as well.
