Work that delayed the launch before has been finished and the myACR beta testing is wrapping up. After having the re-launching date pushed back from May 15th, Atlantic Coastal Railway is ready to once again become the leading virtual railway.

Atlantic Coastal's website has been redesigned and streamlined. The myACR automation system lets engineer's records be updated faster and lets management work on new routes and activities instead of roster updates. The ACR North East Corridor division will be running on the recently released NEC4 route.

Atlantic Coastal will also be launching a new division: ACR Florida, which runs on a customized Florida High Speed Line route. The ACR Florida route features the ACR Locoworks yards and offices in Lakeland, FL as well as many line, signal, and station tweaks.

Completely new activities and locomotives will service all the new divisions and routes. The ACR Locoworks have been busy building new Aclea engines and rolling stock for the reopening. They have all been given the new ACR logo as well as being built faster and stronger.

Atlantic Coastal Railway will re-enter the virtual railway world on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at www.atlanticrail.com
